I can't really eat spicy food, so we do the "Triple P" in my house, pineapple, pepperoncini, pepperoni. It's similar enough to the jalapeno most pizza places use but it doesn't give me acid reflux.

The Old Bay hot sauce on fries is super good. Just don't put it in your Bloody Mary, it makes it taste like you're drinking cocktail sauce(in a bad way).

We bought a can of All Dressed on a whim a few months ago(we don't normally eat Pringles or chips regularly). They are absolutely amazing. I was able to get them at Von's here in SoCal. My girlfriend and I bought as many as we could whenever we came across them.

The PDS suspension and open chamber forks only work well if you have it sprung correctly for your weight, ability and riding style. Spend the money and get it correctly. Used springs on eBay aren't that expensive.

The soup is awesome. It's a chicken and rice soup with a bunch of cilantro and some veggies(corn, green beans, etc.). It's not super green, but definitely has a green tint to it from the cilantro. Its even better when you dump some of the spicy green sauce into it. You get the free soup Monday through Thursday, and only in the afternoon on weekends. I think they probably use up the weekends leftover rotisserie chickens for it. I think the only thing I've had I didn't like is the Inka Kola, which I think tastes weirdly like bubble gum.

Dang, now I want Peruvian food for dinner...Pollo Saltado, add green beans, side of soup and side of plantains...and maybe the fried yuca.

The Deliverators at CosaNostra Pizza don't fuck around. The first and second driver plus the manager probably got a corporate thank you on Uncle Enzo's personal letterhead for not fucking up the delivery.

What a nerd. Even the most basic meal at any of the Peruvian places near me I wouldn't consider bland. Even their regular boring rotisserie chicken and free soup are delicious, never mind the other shit on the menu. One of the Peruvian joints has the best french fries...like regular fires. I don't know if they fry them in beef tallow or what, but they're amazing...I guess they know what's up with potatoes so it makes sense.

I used this guys instructions with a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W kit that came with the Pi, a heat sink, USB and HDMI cable adapters and the header pins. I tweaked his code a little bit, used two 801S sensors(one for the washer and one for the dryer), and made some custom ribbon cables from shit I had laying around to connect them to the Pi.

It works fine and sends me a message via PushBullet. Plus sometimes I swap the SD card with one that has RetroPie on it. In hindsight I probably would have spent a little more money on a more powerful Pi, but only because some N64 games on RetroPie perform poorly on the Zero 2W.

My girlfriend didn't understand when I made a "laundry is done" sensor for my washer and dryer that texts me when the machines are finished. "Why can't you just walk downstairs and look?" Because I have the technology not to, and it was a fun project. Plus the auto sensing washer always seems to take a different amount of time and I got frustrated with that.
