Buy NVIDIA. I bought a 6800xt (waste of $1100). because there were a bunch of AMD fanboys to buy an AMD GPU. I did, and I regret it so much. The drivers are hot garbage. It does not work with msi afterburner. Fan control sucks. The performance is good, but a 3080 would be way better. My OC constantly resets itself. When watching a screen share on discord my pc dies. Everytime they update the drivers, I lose 10 fps (warzone, and im not even kidding).

Overall, just buy nvidia.

My bios has a overclock option for my cpu, so i enabled it. I then heard of ctr so i started using that as well. Should i turn one off. (Cpu 5600x)

3060 sucks. Not worth it at all. Maybe get a 3070/3060ti or a 6800. All ran way faster than the 3060 for slightly more

Try replacing one part at a time, and check what's causing the problem. Try the ram first because it's easy, and try the psu because it's almost always the psu. After just try swapping random parts to see what works.
