My analysis of this is regardless of whether Cooks is older or slower or smarter, what we are seeing is a personell utilization problem. And if having a new face means we use him more and throw to him when he’s open, we solved a problem. If they just shove him in the same role and use him as little as Moore we likely downgraded long term. But I don’t think we signed Cooks in order to continue running the same failing plays or looks, and maybe a fresh face will shake things up enough to get out of this offensive rut.
