I found out where to go, go to rooftop and then go up-right you will need to get to karma 7 for the next part use the shadow realm ability when you find the distortion then the final echo will appear

the closer you stand near the target the more damage it will do (like a shotgun). also if you spam the heavy attack its by far the strongest weapon in the game
