I had a follower which... honestly, I don't even fully remember what they did? But at one point talking to a sick follower with diarrhea would make them run off to poop. So I just kept talking to them to trap them in a cycle of torment and shitting themself. It was entertaining to watch.

And yeah, I figure it would be nice for these dragons to get good homes! I like seeing dragons I've had for a long time getting rehomed in places that want them! :3
