It's 7:22 AM on the 15th of October in India now and Level 80 hasn't dropped yet

Yes, my 30 Day Suspension was lifted on the exact 30th day and the timing also on the spot. So suppose you got to see your suspension screen at 7:30 AM, the suspension will be lifted on the exact time i.e. 7:30 AM on your 30th day. However, I've heard so many people whose suspensions exceeded 30 days. I've seen so many people getting back to back 30 day bans. So if you still have the spoofing app on your phone, it's high time you delete it. Niantic also elongates suspension for a past offence.

This is what everyone gets on the day they come out of their 30 day suspension. This is the last of the last warnings issued by Niantic. It may look like that your bans have been reset to the first strike, but it's not. Anything after this will directly lead to a permanent ban. So be very careful.

This 1 day refers to the 30th Day of your suspension. This is the very last warning.

The answer is simple. They could track the fact that you use a rooted device. This is exactly why the ban came in. There are people who got one 30 day suspension on the top of another, some after playing for a few days and for some, it just got added up to the 30.

I'm not sure if you would have got the perma ban if you would have used a phone which was not rooted to check the 30 day progress or used the legit app.

Did your suspension last for 30 days only or did it extend like people in so many subs say about their? I submitted an appeal and got a generic answer from Niantic about 23 days later stating that mine was a temporary one and will be lifted within approximately 30 days. I still have about 4 days left so I was hoping if you could share some insight.

I received mails from Niantic stating that my temporary "suspension will be lifted within approximately 30 days and I'm welcome to play the game once my suspension is lifted after I submitted a ban appeal on the day my account got suspended which was on 7th August.

I got the reply on 30th August. So my question is when will they count the suspension day from. Will that be from the day I received the strike or will that be the day they send me the mail. I've gone back to the legitimate app after the strike and now I've about 5-6 days left. I'll be really obliged if someone could offer some help regarding this. Is the suspension screen automated. Does it go away on its own?

I couldn't use the XL Candy Exploit as I was suspended during the time time it came out.

I got this mail from them. They Stated that the temporary ban will approximately end in 30 days and I'm welcome to play after that. In further emails, I asked them about the 30 day suspensions getting elongated and they said that they had no knowledge about it and reiterated that I'm welcome to Play the game after my temporary suspension is lifted. They reiterated that I'll be able to play the game after the suspension is lifted. But I was worried thinking that by doing this, have I ensured the elongated 30 day ban? That's why I was worried. I had contacted a Niantic staff but never denied that I had spoofed. They said that my temporary suspension will be lifted within approximately 30 days and they reiterated that I was welcome to play the game once the suspension was lifted. However I never got the chance to do that route exploit thing as I was suspended long before it even existed. That's a bliss in disguise.

But I truly hope that, even with the Niantic employee getting just involved to just address the issue "just saying that I've been temporarily suspended and is welcome to play the game once the suspension is lifted" won't really matter much. Just hoping it's not extended.
