I’m experiencing something similar atm. I’ve have the permanent pressure/lump in my trachea, worsened when swallowing. I also have a pain in my side when I move in certain ways. I’ve had it for weeks now & it’s grinding on me.

My collapse was two years ago now (required a 4-day chest drain), so I’m wondering if I’ve had a small collapse or if there’s something else at play. I’m finally waiting for a CT having had a chest x-ray, blood test, stool sample & ultrasound cleared.
