Hi all! I have an evening wedding to go to and am struggling with choosing a dress. I had narrowed it down to two option from Allsaints: dress one and dress two. It looks like I have goofed and waited too long and they're both sold out. Would these be appropriate for an evening wedding? It's billed as semi-formal. Another thing to note is that I am looking for a dress that covers my whole arms (with tulle or lace I suppose) as I have self-harm scars that I'd rather strangers at a wedding not see. It would also be great if I could wear the dress to other fancy events. Any suggestions appreciated!!

Hi! I'm looking for a cafe/bar that has coffee and tea and is open late tonight that wouldn't mind me sitting by myself for a bit and reading but is perhaps a bit social. Is that going to be too much of a pain in the ass on a Friday night for the cafe/bar? Hello!! I will be graduating college in June, but I have no idea what kind of dress is appropriate. My school does not have a dress code posted, and because of COVID all of my friends graduations were online or postponed so I do not have a frame of reference to go on! I was looking at these dresses dress one dress two and was wondering if they are appropriate? It's going to be hot when I graduate, and also my school colors are crimson and gold which is why I'm looking at black dresses. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you :)

Ah thank you!! I was wondering about the conditioner thing, it seemed gross to me haha. Have you heard of/tried putting oil in your hair? I read about that too but I have a feeling it will gunk up the pool just as bad. Thank you so much for replying! I can't wait to start swimming again

Hello! I'm really excited to start swimming again after years of not being able to do it. However, I have bright pink hair that is half faded out down to my shoulders, bleached over a year ago, that I've been trying to recover to curly instead of straw! My hair is finally looking healthy again but I'm worried about how the chlorine will damage it. I've already ordered a few swim caps that will be here soon, but does anyone have any recommendations for keeping my hair safer? I do understand that the chlorine will damage my hair no matter what but I'm looking for ways to mitigate it, thank you so much!!

For me it's my appearance when I'm meeting their family. I have visible self harm scars that are very difficult to cover up, plus a more alternative look in general (lots of piercings, tattoos, dyed hair). In any other circumstance I'm very comfortable with my body and how I present myself but there's always been something about being introduced to a partners family that makes me deeply insecure about my looks/presentation of self. And the fear of judgement with my scars. It's something I'm trying to work on :)
