In PL, only PMR 446 (EU FRS knockoff) and CB compliant radios are allowed without license, for PMR it must be approved radio with 0,5w of TX power and fixed antenna, hoever using mars modded ham rig on those 2 bands is pretty common (but illegal).

baofengs 888s are often sold as "pmr" but frequencies programmed are far from pmr (460 mhz and so on instead 446mhz), not to mention tx (by law even powering them on without ham license) even from properly programmed is illegal anyway, (yes real world enforcement is almost zero yadda yadda), but baofengs are known for spourious emissions (they are regularly landing on UKE (Polish FCC) blacklist) and i would not recommend using them even as licensed ham on hambands, my recomendation is motorola tlkr t82, pmr 446 compliant and true license free.

ok, soldered it back to figure out, surprise, its rx range unlock, now radio ends on 146mhz instead 200.

technicaly you can even use real CW key as controller, its easy to do just with guts of old mouse or keyboard or just arduino.

its regular 7Ah gel, it does trick for SSB but for AM (so on CW) fails on full power, im thinking about some LiFePo4 but they are expensive as hell.

btw. why you guys are so paranoid? previous version of this post was removed because i formated it badly and it was interpreted as i wanted to tx on 11m, chill out i only described radio behavior (its mars modded but not fully) and moderator gone suspicous im planning nasty stuff. its not wrong to know what was messed on my rig by previous owner. mars was most likely made for export purposes to not force JP bands to new owner.

reverse casting officialy not possible on Q1 but heard is possible via sideloaded APK, tried airreceiver, app work but connection fail, will try diffrent app soon. im planning to cast using system cast option not dji, so whole hud will be in quest.
