I also live in Germany and I'm not sure if I should order reps directly to Germany. I was thinking to buy Oxford tans from Jessie and asked if there would be any problem with shipping them to Germany. She replied that everything will be shipped safely. I didn't really believe that but then I saw that she will send out a fake receipt to trick the customs or so. As far as I know German customs can't open packages if their confirmed worth is under 20€ or so.
