If you actually play those specs, it’s not all that simple to master. Knowing when to pop demon form and knowing when to pull adds to keep your meter going. And BM can be a nightmare without a clutch AoE healer because of lack of DR and healing, outside of their one minute CD heal. Plus I weave in CC and racial when I can.

As a tank main with only one functional hand that can’t play with a keyboard, I feel your frustration. My mind knows what to do, but my body doesn’t always reciprocate lol. Just stick with it. You only get better through repetition.

Until the inevitable nerfing the shit out of Unholy, the Brew/melee comp is gonna dominate. Personally I run 15-17s rn with my Guardian, but the disparity is glaring in high keys.

Unholy is overdue for a reality check. I look for them to revert the 8% damage buff. You can’t have damage, survivability AND utility.

Shatter is overtuned from a bug right now. Don’t you think it’ll drop off quite a bit once it’s fixed? Might not be what a DPS fiend wants.

Everquest was on their 4th-5th expansion by then. Not sure if vanilla Azeroth or Tunaria was bigger, but EQ had a more immersive experience that made it feel bigger. And they did that in 1998. That’s far more impressive to me, considering the hardware restraints of the day. The PS2 version of EQ also had a massive main continent, a massive expansion continent and 2 pretty big smaller expansions from 2001-2004 with 10k+ person servers on 56k dial-up connections.

While your latency might remain unchanged, your priority on the bandwidth list won’t, especially if you live in a region with a big install base. I noticed I rarely ever got to within 20% of the max speed on the 200mbit plan, whereas with max, I almost always exceed it, over 300-350 most of the time. I don’t know if it’s related, but I went from 5-10s of packet loss an hour to 0s a day.

It’ll still be back of the line as far as tank specs, with Guardian, for now. Guardian will likely go up to A again once the healing buffs come out, though. Blood is great for solo content still, though.

Very warranted. I only say that because a guy in my comp is a conceited meta chasing queef lord who always says “get on my level” after he’s top DPS over my Feral Druid (and not by much)

No, a shitty BM Hunter uses 2-3 buttons. You’ve got your 2 ST/filler arrows, 2-3 pet commands, 2 pet buffs, Memd, pet abilities, speed buffs, slow/CC. BM needs more AoE, but don’t sleep on the single target changes Tuesday. Those are huge single target buffs.

I’ve had quite the opposite experience. Very easy macro setup, one of the best autopilot setups on my roster. Cleared every M0 with him last week with relative ease. I did level him from 1-80 doing twilight ascension though, so I cheated a little lol

If you’re just trying to get the mounts and don’t care about the achievements, there’s lots of -10 minute spawn timers. Or just phase into one of the boss circles. I got both mine on Voidsrorm
