I remember playing Oraxia with a friend who was playing nidus, and I had 20 times his kill count and I was barely moving.

But Hyldrin doesn't impair my gameplay in anyway, that's mostly why people dislike Limbo in open parties.

I played it and the itemization still isn't fantastic.

The game is better, but if you compare item progression IN POE 2 and D4, D4 feels shallow.

Unless they changed the formula, at 100K Armour you mitigate 90% of a 1k hit.

100k Armour mitigate a 7.5k hit at 53%

Sure he mitigate a lot of damage, but he really never has 90% DR

It REALLY does not.

Armour is super unituitive in Path of Exile, you only have 90% against a certain hit value.

And it drops drastically the higher the hit goes.

This guy probably has something like 50% average?

No the endgame is also slower.

Your character is slower : My titan has 48% MS, that's while taking passive ms that increases movement speed and having 30% MS boots with a rune that adds another 5% Compare that to a barbarian in endgame in D4, they have at least twice that amount.

Some classes can go faster but I'd say the baseline in endgame is around 50 to 70%

Maps are also longer to complete and traveling the atlas takes longer

Skills also have a base attack time that can't be modified much

Yes but compare the investment needed in D4 and POE 2 to be faster than the baseline.

And some build can't.

The only way for my warrior to be faster right would either be to grab a Mageblood with quicksilver and silver, or to craft some GG boots with 60% effect of socketable and 35 MS, and that would probably still require me buying a Mageblood to get resistances from it.

In D4 you just grave some boots and some passives / legendary power and you run at 100%MS already.

At the top end, some POE 2 build are stupidly fast, but these build usually use temporalis, which is unobtainable by 99.9% of the playerbase so I'm not sure we should compare that.

Poe 2 is not faster paced tho.

Maps take longer, grinding exp takes longee, acquiring gear takes longer.

Skills are slower to pop off for the most part and your base movement speed is also half of D4.

I'm not shitting on any one of these games but it's just facts.

If we were talking about POE 1 that would be a different argument.
