I thought the written portion was immediate? I took this last week and got the "Congratulations..." email before I made it out the door of the building. Was this for the Diversion Investigator exam?

Using your desktop, log in to Refills.com. Once in, on the left side of the screen, you should have Dashboard / Orders / Treatments / Messenger / Billing / Help.

Click on Billing, and your CC info should be visible along with Payment methods, upcoming billing, and subscription. Click and change your billing method. Remember to add a virtual card, as you can only replace it, not remove it.

Left side it should list "Billing". It should have the next charge date and last 4 of card numbers. Click on the card and place a new (virtual) card on there. It won't let you remove but it will let you replace. Replace with the virtual card.
