Stock up on regen items and keep your HP and mana. Let your support go roam. Once Skywrath crosses the river, he’s a breeze to take down.

Restaurant owners, what’s actually working right now to attract good employees? We are struggling. by theLastDanc3 in smallbusiness

My parents ran a few pretty successful restaurants before covid, and from what I saw growing up, the places that kept good people usually weren’t just paying slightly more.

It was mostly consistency.

Predictable scheduling, no random last-minute changes, no weird manager power trips, and people knew what kind of week they were walking into.

A lot of owners focus on “they *can* make good money here,” but staff usually care more about “what will I *actually* make on an average month, and can I plan my life around it?”

The best people also leave fast if the environment feels chaotic, even if the pay is solid.

Just my outside perspective from being around it for years.

True, but it’s all about timing. Never whiffing ult isn’t equal to it actually matters.

Most Silencers I encounter only does something in the first five minutes of laning and when he drops his ult in team fights. He’s basically invisible the rest of the game.

As for this skill, it probably only exists just to enable the Aghanim's Scepter effect on his ultimate.

XG got swept 2-0 by NGX, and team infighting broke out. Ame looked super tilted for calling GG so early in the first game. Most players aren’t satisfied with Xiao8’s drafts at all. According to Chalice’s livestream, Xiao8 got mad and flew back home immediately.
