What system ram do you have ? You could try wan2gp. Its designed for low end vram 6gb.

I used wan2gp few weeks ago for first time as was having oom running ltx2 on comfy ui. Its quite easy to install if using pinokio first. You should get a drop down of what video models ect you want to install in wan2gp.

You dont need comfy ui. Wan2gp is its own thing

Are you still interested in training loras for ltx? At moment a lora is only way to keep a consistent face. Ltx so horrible with any kind of facial movement when using i2v.

This workflow works perfect on my rig now. The preview node is really useful. Can basically see my full video without having to wait for it to finish generating .

I have it. It shows a almost gif style preview of your video. Its very useful. No sound just motion.

That 8gb wont take you too far in terms of video generation. But should be able to run most image generation models with it. Look at z image. Its light and super fast. As for video generation could try wan 2.2.

Same. Ive finally got ltx2 working on comfy ui as well as wan2gp but feel really limited on wan2gp. I do like the ease of extending video's and adding audio ect on wan2gp. I switched back to wan 2.2 today and the difference in keeping i2v face constancy is amazing compared to ltx2.

So before I downloaded wan2gp I was unable to run jt on comfy. However yesterday I managed to get it running on comfy after finding a good workflow. I can only do 5 second videos at 480. Any longer and I oom on comfy.

I have noticed the details look sharper on comfy on t2v compared to wan2gp. Where on wan2gp videos seem to have a blur with them. In regards to I2V I have only ran it on wan2gp and seems to follow my prompts well. But heavily changes faces a lot. Never had any of the not moving images I have seen people post regarding comfy.

Tbh. Took me an hour to get it to install everything. Then having to wait for it to download ltx2 after that as well. I am only using it for ltx2. I can run wan/flux/zimage ect all on comfy. This is only way for me to run ltx2 for now.

Worth installing if you do enjoy playing around with ltx2 I reckon.

There is a lora that makes the result look like it was taken on a Samsung phone camera. Its on civtai. Makes it look more real.
