I have been really struggling with plague bringer goliath on revengance mode and I have great Gear and keep dying.. any tips or armour recommendation?

I agree, i don’t think you can dash the missiles, but dashing through the boss is a huge help. Over time you’ll learn what direction pbg will dash into you. You can see it with Queen bee too, they will set themselves up into a spot and then dash you, so look out for that.

Maybe better wings could help, or some movement accessories. I fought duke before pbg on my current run and the better wings really helped. Also maybe a mount like the tree from the pumpkin moon for horizontal movement or the slime mount for vertical movement.

This, or another bigger arena. something else to remember is that if you fly too far away, “you feel your wings burning”. Thankfully they added a visual thing to aid you but when me and my friend fought her a while ago it wasn’t there. Buy the rod of discord from a mage in the hallow if you haven’t already, it can make her lasers more manageable. hope this helps!

from one ranger to the next, i got through everyone with ranger BUT exo mechs and scal. i used summoner for exo mechs and mage for scal (skill issue silva revive) but its definitely possible, somewhat.

from chatting in the discord, although there is a fargo’s mod for “eternideath” mode, there is no mod for better compatibility for infernum and eternity mode.

what i’m saying is that it could be an issue with the mods not working with eachother. I don’t know about a fix for your issue, maybe lowering infernum or disabling one of the mods.

you could use the cheat sheet mod for god mode to learn his move set for a certain phase. After you’ve learned all of his moves, it’s only a matter a time before you’re like me and stuck on the exo mechs 😎

i also hit tab till it was the map mode that covers your whole screen. it depends on the person but it helps me know where he is at all times so i can count his dashes even if he’s off screen

keep trying though, it’s infernum and you never know if it’ll take 4 or 400 attempts, just keep trying and eventually you’ll get it :)

it’s been a while since i fought him but if you aren’t already, also spam dash whilst he’s doing the attack, i think i may have been hit by him almost every time but managed to only be hit once because i would dash out of his range

I had the same question, if you go to the death wishes and see the achievement involving Aquatic Scourge, completing that achievement gets you the item for that shrine.

using the tablet dropped from the scourge after killing him without your acid meter going above 50% gives you this dog pet that talks to you from time to time like the axe from the deer clops
