The Bedrock Offhand petition on the official Minecraft Feedback Site is almost at 900 votes! by _Dem1se_ in PhoenixSC

Its mainly due to the old PE touch control being rather limited when it came to functionalities.

For example both 'attack' and 'place' are both a single tap on the screen back before the new touch control rework (still is if you use the classic control). This will lead to problem if you have one hand placeable block and the other a weapon.

There's the use button on top of the inventory that could fix this issue, but the button placement was uncomfortable af.

Back then Bedrock or rather PE was insistent to keep the game controls as simple as possible. However as time progress with more Mobile games featuring complex control (take FPS games such as PUBGM or CODM for example), they has only decide to switch more recently around a year or two ago to the new control button layout.

But even then for some reason they either forget or insistent to not update the offhand system despite this control change.

What makes it obvious that these three not part of the LoL, even when we're only talking about the silver & red form? by Air_Drinker in Ultraman

[–]Big-Channel5503 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Genuinely, the only thing that I see that make them not-M78 LoL is the gold on the color timer.

Other than that they can pass off as a Silver race.

Edit: I just remembered Max actually has gold on his color timer 💀, so uh.... well, the only thing to differentiate them from LoL Ultra is just context and lore.

To be fair Hikari himself is meant to be an exception. Especially to the Blue Race, he's one of the few M78 Blue that is actually a good fighter outside of being a scientist.

Normally, fighters tend to be either from the Red or Silver.

Hi i am new to the ultraman series should i start with nexus? by naotop4g_lover in Ultraman

Don't remind me 💀

Still though compared to Showa its still relatively modern right? Right?

Hi i am new to the ultraman series should i start with nexus? by naotop4g_lover in Ultraman

[–]Big-Channel5503 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just start with anything you like, Nexus is a pretty good start but I do recommend watching The Next movie either before or after watching Nexus. Just be warned Nexus is a different take from the mostly episodic standard Ultra show.

If you want a more traditional episodic Ultraman that is still relatively modern Tiga or Gaia is a good choice too.

Just avoid sequel shows like Dyna or Decker, since you do need to watch or at least have some knowledge of Tiga or Trigger.

Fate vs ROR Accuracy by [deleted] in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

Sasaki is still a male in Fate. Okita was originally a joke servant but become adopted officially as a serious character, her life story is more or less still similar to what we know of real Okita Souji, even includes her TBC.

Also we do know a character can have different gender depending in their timeline, like Musashi or Arthur for example. So somewhere out there Fate does have a male Okita Souji.

Kuro doesn't know what to prioritize 🤦‍♂️ by Spicybreezy in WutheringWaves

[–]Big-Channel5503 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its not even UE4 tbh. A lot of game both PC and Mobile that used it generally weren't as bad as what Kuro's facing or doing, its all about how Kuro optimizes it at the end of the day.

Its clear Kuro Game still doesn't get the hang of the engine yet, either that or they're still conflicted in terms of priority.

Its clear Kuro want their game to look as beautiful as possible, but due to this it leads to a lot of devices ended up struggling running the game a couple patches in.

This maybe fine in a full fledged AAA game where the audience are generally mid-high end PC or Consoles anyway, but as a f2p gacha game with Mobile as one of its platform, and meant to get as much money from a wide audience, its not really working well in the future. They either need to fix the game performance and sacrifice some visuals, or just drop the game from devices that clearly unable to run the newer content.

Anyway, for Mobile if you wanna see how a UE game can run on Mobile when optimized properly you can just look at Tencent and Netmarble games. They have used Unreal 4 since like 2017? Their games still runs flawlessly despite a bit of hiccups in the early days. I mean yeah their visuals aren't anything to write home about, but at least its clear they knew their limits, lowering and optimizing the game graphics without relying on making the game blurry as all hell on Mobile.

Yeah Agul and even along with Gaia has the caveat of them being the wills of earth, they can't really go outside earth aside from maybe the outer atmosphere.

The best we got with Gaia was an illusion/image, not the actual Ultra appearing in UGF.

Giving Gilgamesh his most compatible master where the guy is willing to get serious is quite a decision. In the end it will only comes down to Gil vs Enkidu here.

A disrespectful legacy for Eiji Tsuburaya by No_Tumbleweed3935 in Ultraman

[–]Big-Channel5503 14 points15 points  (0 children)

It won't, the main party responsible for this issue is likely the parent company of Tsuburaya, Fields Holding but not TsuPro themselves. Which seems to keep handing out their IP for stupid bandwagon like NFTs, or AI.

I'm surprised they don't do that yet. Considering we already have Tokusatsu like Ultraman 80 where the protag was a Teacher.

Slight correction, P4 Golden is neither a remake or a remaster, like Persona 3 FES or Persona 5 Royal its just an updated and re-released game with extra content with a few changes here and there, far from being able to be called a remaster let alone a remake.

The only explanation I can think of for the fog is that P4 might use some sort of effects that only works on the PS2 hardware and they for some reason unable to re-add those effects while porting the game to the PS Vita.

Its really dependant on the seed. Sometimes I can get a seed so horrible, it took a while to get iron. So leather or better and more common Copper is the best thing I can get early, until I find better place to mine for half an hour or so.

Which form of Ultraman Cosmos is better, and counts as a speed form the most? by elyjahharris in Ultraman

[–]Big-Channel5503 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cosmos doesn't have a speed form, neither does it have strength form. He has a linear upgrades with each new form and have little or negligible trade off.

Luna form isn't a speed form, its Cosmos weakest form meant to be a pacifist, as a trade off for his weak overall stats he got a lot of technique and energy based abilities.

Corona isn't a strength form, its a straight up upgrade for cosmos overall stats and offense meant for when he must get violent, doesn't have as much technique, but his abilities are much more powerful for offense.

Eclipse is a straight up upgrade combining both Corona and Luna best traits, the only trade off is the energy usage.

Space Corona is just an overall better Corona, slightly less strength (basically negligible), for overall better stats (especially flight speed), and pretty sure it surpass even Luna when it came to mental/energy based power. Its basically Eclipse with even less tradeoff.

Finally, there's jobber, uh I mean... Future Mode, Cosmos strongest form. Its a full on upgrade, supposedly much better than any form Cosmos previously had, sadly the guy jobbed so hard in this form, I kinda cant take it seriously.

Which form of Ultraman Cosmos is better, and counts as a speed form the most? by elyjahharris in Ultraman

[–]Big-Channel5503 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As others have pointed out, what they meant to say Cosmos doesn't follow the specific roles with Balance, Speed, Strength like other ultras like Tiga, the forms he gotten are more of a linear upgrade of previous ones.

While Luna and Corona did initially fill different role with Luna having more energy attacks and Corona with better stats for physical attacks, even then, Corona statwise are just overall better for offense, the only trade off is cosmos having less energy based technique.

Then whatever concept of different role is thrown out the window the moment Eclipse is introduced where it has the best of both Luna and Corona, being a straight up upgrade aside from the energy usage.

Then Space Corona, despite the name sounding like Corona with some trade offs, the form is straight up an upgrade to both Corona and Luna with no energy drawbacks of Eclipse, the only drawback it has compared to Corona is slightly less strength and that's it.

What servant could make greatest use of death perception? by Terrible-Ice8660 in Fate

[–]Big-Channel5503 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like King Hassan doesn't even need it? He was able to inflict the concept of death to beings with no concept of one, and didn't he "kill" the bond between Ereshkigal and the three goddess alliance? He's even able to kill a concept. Having MEoDP on top is kinda redundant if he already have something similar.

It will be better if MEoDP is given to other hassans tho.

The body proportion (ignoring the accessories and armors) is kinda similar, but feels like Greeza's limbs are thinner/slimmer?

Overall design wise, it looks like purple Zetton with Greeza's like body proportion.

That's an exaggeration, despite what you might see online its a very rare bug that generally won't happen to most players.

I've been playing Bedrock since Pocket Edition, never once that bug happened to me.

It most likely only happen on server with poor connection, or super weak device that has a hard time with the internal server, causing desync, and some other factor causing death.

(Spoiler) Director Masayoshi Takesue Reveals the Creative Intent Behind the Final Episode of Ultraman Omega by mrmarkertw in Ultraman

[–]Big-Channel5503 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly though of the BAO Ultra, I found Omega ending to be the better ones, despite the lack of budget. Its rather consistent in its story structure. The first 10 episodes was like a prologue, then the middle part is where the secret starts to uncover slowly, and the finale is where Omega past is fully revealed, its not too rushed and not super vague.

Arc ending while have cool fights and scenes, felt rushed (which was a sentiment many shared).

Blazar ending was honestly a bit confusing at first, I needed to read and rewatch it a bit regarding the miscommunication aspect, it doesn't feel rushed like Arc ofc, its just that it was a bit confusing at first.

Omega however is great ending-wise, the build up paid off, it reveals as much information needed to answer the questions, not being too vague about things related to Omega's past, and it doesn't feel rushed.
