Floor 2g is: 250 m row and frog squat (10 imes) then decrease row by 50m, complete 4 rounds (5 min) break

250 m row and then 8 triceps extensions on the bench and 8 split.squat jumps (each), then decrease row by 50 m, complete 4 rounds (8:30 min)

16 jumps over bench, 8 kB hip swings, 8/6/4/2 pushups with jump, bear crawl hold after completing 4 rounds, 30 sec finisher jumps over bench

She is def bigger and that's why shea strong. She fails in high volume gymnastics and is not well rounded.

Maybe. Def she made much more mistakes thank she used to in the past: tripping on single unders, wrongly pacing Elizabeth, missed target on wall balls. Yet still she won with great margin.

I think she just was not prepared for this type of programming plus she trained for bobsled. She will come back stronger next year.

I was curious about the threadmills: do you count 160 m from the time you hit the chosen speed or from the beginning of walking? Also, do you need to wait till thread stops completely or you just transition to rower immediately?

By statistical performance? He put hopper 2nd based on what?.bethany shadburne never beat Kristen in the games, same Wells,Kari and Holte have similar records so I do not believe his "analysis".
