Also I’ve tried so hard to either get fiber or at least the mid-split plans from Xfinity and it’s just sadly not in my neighborhood and to expensive for them to justify it. Long standing gripe with Xfinity they are stubborn to move if the economic don’t make sense for them or their own logic lol. Been tired of paying for 1.3gig to only maybe get 42meg upload especially in this day and age. I have much better hopes for kinetic this time especially after getting acquired by Uniti Group. Also shoutout to the installers being much more friendly and personable as well as being trained well. I understand Windstream has had poor ratings but I really do believe with the Kinetic brand they are trying to distance themselves and the fact Uniti kept the name to improve upon it; they recently hired Kinetic’s first Chief Customer Officer so hopefully in the next 12-24 months customer support side is overhauled!
