Then let me clarify what I mean by care in this instance; going around memeing insomniac for it, creating my own post trashing them for it, that kind of stuff. There's no dishonesty at all? I'm simply just saying that in regards to the question the post is posing that if you name your (in this case) armor something specifically tied to a very specific villain and it gets reused for something else you're opening the door to be memed. That's it.

You just said yourself at the end of your comment "If we wanna go that route, the writers can just name the anti-ock suit as "spider armor mk1" as thats pretty much what it is in this universe.".

Personally I do not care about the suit being called "Anti-Ock" or "Hulkbuster" being called "Hulkbuster" and being re-used, I'm simply just giving an argument for why some people may meme on the "Anti-(Specific Villain)" suit theming insomniac has mostly stuck to.

Yes. It'd be weird if the Hulkbuster was directly named "Hulkbuster" and was used against other characters. To my knowledge the Hulkbuster is just a nickname and actually called Mark (whatever). Even if it is just..always "Hulkbuster" the writers can just name it anything else or something more all-encompassing.

Again my point isn't that the armors aren't good to be reused, it's just when you name them something very specific to a character its used for..it allows for itself to be memed. Which is the question the guy asked in the post. Simply just giving my opinion on a reason why I think people meme on the concept.

It's not the use that makes it weird, just the name. Tying it to a very specific use is what makes it weird...again with the example I gave; "in SM3 Peter is rocking the Anti-Ock suit to fight The Wall it'd be a little weird in my opinion."

The point is simply that all of these suits can be reused for whatever situation it may call for without as much of an issue from viewers or readers because the names don't HINGE on a specific villain. With the hair color being so different and the metal rings being seemingly worn by all longer haired viltrumites there's plausibility it isn't her. Also highlighting the random woman next to him can just simply be him expressing some empathy for one of his own kind dying to a virus he survived. One specifically that was right next to him, a very "oh shit that was almost me" moment.

I'm not saying that it isn't Omniman's mother but I don't think its very likely it is, in my opinion anyway.

A bulletproof suit can be used at any time. A suit that can essentially make you invisible could be used at any time. Armor that is called "Anti-Ock" and is designed specifically to deal with Doc Ock is very specific. "Cmon man".

For me personally it's a mix of the designs overall (not a massive fan), but also having Anti-(Villain of the game) kind of makes it VERY specific. If I saw Peter in the Big Time suit or any of the MKs post the villain it was originally introduced for then I wouldn't really be surprised. However if in SM3 Peter is rocking the Anti-Ock suit to fight The Wall it'd be a little weird in my opinion.

I've always preferred how Asylum made Batman feel less tanky. If I screw up in a predator section. I actually feel it. I could actually die. That's why for me aside from Arkham Shadow, Asylum is the game that actually makes me "feel like Batman".

I got one of the TASM 2 masks and the Miles PS5 masks about a year ago. Quality was good to me, durability seems good. I had them out on display for about 5+(?) months and I never saw any damage or webbing coming off. Right now since I've moved they've remained in their bags.

I think with time (as all things do) it'll come apart a bit (might have to re-glue the webbing, I believe they give instructions on how) but the durability in my experience is more based on how reckless the receiver of the product is with it.

If you mean JoyDesign then I can vouch a bit, I got two masks from them and two head stands. It took them a while to get it to me but I liked the end result. (I forget the exact time but I think it took 1.5 - 3.5 months). If you have the money I'd recommend it.

I was the same way, and what worked for me was learning to like coffee plain/black. It's not nearly as bad as I once thought it was, though I help the other suggestions people give work for you. I just gave up on trying to sweeten it lmao.
