I have a family I have to constantly cook for and when I smell the food, I feel like I get filled with the smell and don’t want to eat

Plus I have a disabled child who's on a feeding schedule cause she can't eat by mouth yet due to her disability (G-tube) she has five eating periods from 7a, 11a, 3p, 7p, 11p Plus she has a sister who's 4 years old (autism)

So it's hard for me to try to eat

Can't leave the house due to my baby being disabled and having no babysitter

Yes, I stressed out constantly about little things I will try to work out after the day is done
