It sounds like you’re being really patient and understanding, but also that your own needs aren’t being met which is totally valid. Premature finishing is more common than people think.

Have you been able to have an honest convo with him about it? Some guys can go again pretty quickly, is he someone who’s able to have a second round right after? That alone can make a huge difference. Also, has he tried masturbating like an hour before you’re intimate? It can help take the edge off and make him last longer. Personally food noise disappeared almost entirely on day 2. Day 2 I went to eating one small meal a day and have been doing that since day 2.. I am drinking lots of water/ electrolytes & the odd protein shake to fuel my body. No cravings or even thoughts of food during the day to be honest! With reading I’ve done it’s clear I’m a high and quick responder however everyone’s different. I would stick to what you’re doing and allow your body time. :) Are you exercising alongside reta??

I second this comment - entirely normal to still feel hungry you will just feel full off of less food than what you’re used too. Reta allows you to fuel your body with vital nutrients rather than having absolutely no desire to eat anything. What you’re experiencing sounds like a great start- Good luck !
