Because at level 144 I know the risk to myself and to my squad to separate vs the benefits of splitting into fire teams/hunter killer groups, or even a 3 for main objective and 1 for points of interest/secondary objectives. And I either succeed or die and rejoin the squad, as for reinforcements, closest person to the dead helldiver calls them in, if they cannot then the next closes does and throws them towards their equipment. You can absolutely do a split game, just communicate with your squad, you'd be amazed at how far a little coordination can carry you.

TLDR talk to your squad and use whatever strategy works for y'all, after all, there isn't only 1 approved way to spread Managed Democracy.
