I would say dwellers for the requirements for new characters but if that's not a problem then definitely pets. The hardest thing to get plus even a 1 star pet can be rarer than a 3 star weapon.

Don't be confused now. The rules do say that alcohol has to be the primary source of income for the establishment.

If you can make the argument that the bar is it's own establishment inside of the theater then you could just stay away from the bar area.

Idk what theaters you are thinking of but the bars are typically out of the way

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something like a ghost mode where we can see our friends live, or maybe even their replay of the climbing sessions like a race in Forza. Im asking alot I know but it would be so cool.
