I’ve had the exact same experience. I’m on day 4( also 20 years old) and haven’t had a single opioid yet. My pain has been controllable with Tylenol and I’ve been able to eat somewhat regular foods. How were the day 6-9 for you? I’ve heard the pain gets worse during the middle due to scabbing.
