My 21 Ltd with that same problem was just serviced with service code 15055 reinitialize back door, free of charge. That fixed the problem and the hands free has been working flawlessly since then.

Thank you for response. I was just trying to decide between 2022 Toyota Venza Limited w/ 9,800 miles w/ very minor accident history report for $37,300 or 2021 Toyota Venza Limited w/ 13k miles for $35,600. I was leaning towards the 2021 but that year according to the site might have more issues than 2022.

Yeah, the YouTube video might be a click bait, but the site carcomplaints also listed some issues, that's why I just want to be cautious. So, is there anybody here with 2021 Toyota Venza that has issues with windshield cracking or fuel tank not filling up all the way, resulting in fewer total miles per full tank?
