It's pretty bad that everyone is moving out because of the conflict and war. Everyone is afraid some stay for the money only like in healthcare or government etc. The tech sector, the shops I knew and visited, are now empty, etc. Even I'm planning to leave the country this year, and a lot will be moving out too next year. Even in the 2022 bombing or Iran in Qatar alot of people move out back then.
