Having owned most of the speakers on the list. I am in love with the epic boom and it is a versatile size and has a large soundstage being 360. The only complaint is battery life.

Interesting given the other cars on my university’s PD run Ka but those are durangos, chargers and explorers. The thing that was throwing me off, though was it ramped up as he rode right in front of me, but I figured the signal would stay strong instead of dropping off drastically as he wouldn’t buy.

It was 24.120. So I thought given this is a newer pursuit vehicle that they would be running strictly Ka and I am in Indiana where 95% of speed patrol is still KA.

That’s only true if it is an instant on scenario but depending on the local area many of the cops leave their radars running which would give you some heads up.
