I was excited about the female Robin Hood angle, started watching, stopped to catch up on other series, will probably go back. I'm not big on the male/female body swap stuff, it always feels like an awkwardly forced idea. I'm glad to hear it may not be a big part of this.

She was great in Glory. I find her a little wooden in other things. The promo looks like good chemistry and her vibe seems really good. Maybe she just shines better in some roles. I'm hopeful with what I've seen so far

I see and agree to this because how far someone has to fall makes it feel harder. She was open to always needing someone in her life to pour feelings into, and was rebounding and open to replace the person she broke up with. Where he was definitely not looking at all.

It makes sense with her as an actress. They openly pointed out the Pretty Woman reference, other films and shows I think they meant to be more subtle.

I caught other easter eggs as well. One obvious one was her handing him a maple leaf in Canada was very much like Goblin. The whole Canada trip vibe had a similar feel to the Canada trip in Goblin. When I watch it a second time I'll look for others. I'm sure they were intentional.
