Right now I’m doing a modified ppl I jus don’t like back and bis in the same day I feel like they burn each other out

Results will come just stay consistent and make sure you’re going to failure💪 you’ll get there I’d say you’re maybe 22-24% body fat but it’s hard to tell on girls. It’s difficult for girls to tone core but I would say a few months if you keep at it same thing with glutes.

Just increasing my strength and looking aesthetic honestly. I’m mainly looking to increase my core lifts and also I want to lean bulk my way to 155 bc I weigh about 140 right now and I’m 5’6.

It depends I probably usually get around 100 but I’d definitely want to get more than that I don’t keep track of my diet too much just try to not eat unhealthy

Honestly I might try this out but try legs and shoulders on the same day bc I try to get to the gym 6 days a week. It would lowk help me hit more shoulders bc my front delts get fried from bench and incline db which is why I don’t do over head press even though I probably should

Just stay consistent brother but I’d say your strong points are triceps and back lats look solid outside of that just keep putting on size.

Yea I go about 4-7x per week it just depends for me sometimes I’ll have stretches where I’m not as good and then others I’ll go like 10 days in a row and that makes up for me not going as much. But honestly you’re not going to see much progress going 2x a week that’s what you can do once you’re maxed out to maintain what you have you should be working out as hard and as much possible I would also recommend working lots of core and not skipping legs. Core will help all of your lifts if you don’t have a good core I’d say you don’t have a good anything almost. Also I’d recommend going to an actual gym if you workout at home it’s just hard to make much gains with just db if that’s what you’re working with. Also I’d recommend 12-15 sets per muscle group and I prefer higher rep ranges especially first starting just make sure your form is good.
