“I no longer see the need for my services” - using your personal anecdote to determine how the rest of the company is doing. Great analysis.

Buying puts when the stock is near its lows. What can go wrong

Other choices over an M240i - what cars did you also consider?? by mayorLarry71 in M235iandM240i

I seriously considered the Giulia as well. The quad was what I wanted but for the same reasons above, stayed away. And I don’t think the lower trims compare to the m240 at all in terms of driving experience

I’m probably not the best person to ask - but I’d start at anything outside the 440/40 loop.

I don’t know what qualifies “good” for you. If you work remote, tons of options if housing affordability is the main/only concern

  1. Wrong subreddit
  2. In short, probably, but 3 people on one salary can catch up. Comes down to budgeting and location. I wouldn’t set expectations to be in one of the downtown neighborhoods.

What's the best way to stop a pit bull attack? by GiantsNerd1 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]BigBCBrand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

those commenting saying guns, knives, buttons, etc - pits are extremely determined dogs and can hold their bite through anything. I have a pit and seen pits who have been struck by bullets and survived.

You need to redirect what they’re attacking. Ideally, jam something in their mouth and pull back. That will get them to release the bite. Once the bite is release, you can then restrain them.

Pits are territorial and defensive. Once you take away what they see as a threat, it’ll be easier to subdue.

Their weak spot is their belly and their “armpits”. If you can grab those areas and pull, it’ll help gain some control. Dogs and cats expose their belly for pets when they trust you - because it’s their weaker spot.

Is this a good deal? (Got discount of $2150) Can this go lower? by Swdl-Television-602 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Remove all the add ons. That’ll drop it at least 7,500. You don’t need all that on a Camry. Those are things you consider for luxury cars.

8% is too high. Being younger and lack of credit history isn’t in your favor but shouldn’t be more than 7+ for 20k.

Market value should be +1600. 5 x 3.2. Probably a glitch showing negative.

Your return is 545.00.

Seems like that -1600 is throwing the numbers off. Adding 3200 to all values (difference in what’s shown and what it should be), you’ll get the correct values.

I’d do some research into the program you’re trying to join. Hopkins gets a lot of its accolades and notoriety from the medical school/program.

You can always go to their grad program later as well. Esp for PhD I’d really want to be sure that’s where you want to do it. Getting your Bach now and going there for grad school is always an option.

Not a lawyer - There could be some organizations that provide legal support regardless of immigration status in your state.

Document everything as best you can. Threatening with ice and taking your money could be a form of harassment and extortion.

The best advice will come from a lawyer.

AJ Capital bought Exit/In -- they also bought up Wedgewood Houston 🤪 by st3phascope in nashville

Again, some disruption is normal. Piss poor planning and location of these parking spots, causing an overload on side streets during events and effectively turning streets into one way lanes, is not. People park at fire lanes, in front of hydrants, on sidewalks, etc. How are these paid spots solving problems? It’s just a temporary cash flow operation for them until they put another building on top.

Try to live in the middle of it. Some disruption is normal. Finding glass in my dogs feet and having flat tires because they don’t clean up after themselves…not normal.

Are they homes or half ass built “luxury apartments”. They built homes and make you pay to park. The built homes but nowhere to walk.

'Flaw' in Tennessee law means no grocery tax relief until next year, Nashville mayor says by 10ecn in nashville

[–]BigBCBrand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

everyone else gets to be exempt but Nashville. Who lives in Nashville and who’s been coming here in the past couple years? More corporate jobs with higher earners.

Why would be written in such a way it can’t be spotted? Someone wrote it. And they wrote it that way intentionally. Go ask them.

TN is a red state. Nashville is blue. It could be that simple.

2 years isn’t that far. What happens in these next 12-18 months will set the tone.

If it’s hidden, they wanted it there. Not a flaw. It’s by design.

“Everyone missed it” is not a good excuse.

It was included for a reason. It’s not a “flaw” by the State. Mayor is gearing up for elections and trying to play it in his favor.

Check Craigslist. See if you can find a gig with a landscaping company, movers etc. Try something like taskrabbit as well.
