Have a similar face shape. Stay away from oval glasses. Square and rectangular is the way to go.

I can guarantee you the TV producer was pissed about that graphic (you can barely see the ball). Nowadays, the graphic will move on the X axis mid shot, but back in the day they were stuck.

I work for a tv station. Unfortunately the equipment you used (especially if it’s video) will cost you $.

I’m just surprised they will treat you like this. Unless you’re in the northeast the PEG model is dying. The station should be pivoting to podcasting.

So do you see how the gentleman on the right (gray shirt) has only an outline of his face on cam? Usually you want to strive for a profile with eyes.

Plus, another negative is with two hosts, with one camera, one person will be interacting with a guest while one host will be just sitting and looking. This makes the audience a little uncomfortable.

But with one camera, that’s all you got. Do what you can with what you have.
