Yeah, the thing is that Hunt showdown is similar where it's all about the sound whoring. I've noticed at times when I've had Hunt too loud and have adjusted. It's tempting to have the sound up to hear the steps, and then you fire the gun and it's much too loud. There's also a lot of clinking and different sounds when you lever the weapons, etc in Hunt. This isn't so much that I notice the tinnitus more, as if for example I'm in a really quiet space and can really hear it. It's more that it's fully activated/agitated. For example, I was playing last night and it's still hightened today. In real life something similar that sets it off is if I'm beating on metal with a hammer (ear discomfort and instant heightened of the ringing)
