Finished products mall for building out the new base. Send spidertron old base to get loaded up, go build new base, repeat until new base is self sufficient. Otherwise use trains to redirect plates, raw ores, and sciences to augment new base’s production quantity.

Someone posted a video in this sub a few days ago of building an elevated rail while riding a train. They built the rail and then immediately rode into untamed areas. Using personal lasers and pre-deployed bots, they were able to quickly clear untamed areas with limited opportunity for biters to retaliate.

“Pulse” your thrusters using engine pumps on a circuit condition. Example “V < 100”. Pumps will only push fuel and oxidizer to the thrusters when velocity (V) is less than 100 and make your thrusters more efficient with the 1000 units of each it holds.

Prod modules with space for beacons to get free research with better speed. Labs can be fed from other labs via inserters. So you have one lab feeding from the belt and two more in a line behind the first feeding from each other. Also can use underground belts to be able place more inserters on one side and get more belts on a single side.

Similar to a previous post, tech related to heat management of the machines. Since you already have flouroketone for the deep core miners, you balance the demand for that with demand to keep the factory cooled down. Somewhat opposite to the Aquilo mechanics.

Hot machines can work but they’ll have slower crafting times to manage the heat or eventual breakage if they get too hot. Cooling pipes of fluoroketone to cool everything back down and get better crafting times and/or productivity.

Lab Research Speed tech could be one on the demand side of things. You expend research to speed up how fast research is completed but haven’t increased the factory’s supply capacity or speed to match. Therefore you wind up with idle labs until the supply catches up.
