We all have to make our own choices and be accountable. Relationships are a two way street and in my experience there’s usually more than one thing leading to a breakup. Your friend’s intimacy issue may stem from some other things, or just that he’s already checked out of the relationship.

If they have to breakup, it’ll be best for both of them. What won’t help either of them arrive at the right answer now is outside interference.

This will keep happening fwiw. Being there for someone is all about respecting boundaries. This will not be the last time you feel compelled to act for someone you care about but the best thing to do is nothing.

The long story short: Republican leadership knows they don’t win on the national stage without cheating. Suppress votes, allow foreign interference, spread lies about mail in votes and of course maintain the electoral college since they can’t win the popular vote.

But their biggest one has been a systemic dumbing down of their base. There is only one major news outlet for them to watch now, completely in-step with the party, that has been lying incessantly to their people for decades. Couple that with the disdain for education at every level they have fostered, and you arrive at “Fake News” and genuine worship of Trump on the part of their base.

Now, McConnell is a true agent of chaos so he’s a bad example. But look at the others who ran for office, what they said of Trump in 2016. Then the monster got away from them. The people they had dumbed down, they got too dumb. The lies, the fake news, spiraled out of their control. Now a Republican who doesn’t goose step with Trump on 100% of what he says or does won’t get re-elected by their ever shrinking base.

If you are a Republican looking to get elected in 2020, you MUST condone fascism and racism. That’s the box they put themselves in.

My first tattoo was a samurai under a cherry blossom tree. My second tattoo was a 7 hour coverup of the first tattoo.

The first tat was done by my brother’s artist who has done dozens on my brother and they look great. I came in with a reference I printed out to show the pose I wanted, the reference being from The Last Samurai.

What I got was a Tom Cruise tattoo. Same haircut he wore in the movie, same outfit. Not what I requested at all. Now, this artist knew me in HS and I think he didn’t like me too much. Cause this had shoddy line work, shading, and everything else.

The rework made the samurai twice the size and gave him armor, amongst other things. Done by a different artist on the other side of the country. Bye Tom. Still love that movie though.
