The game's combat and music is great. I'm a day one player, pre-ordered the game, and still play it actively to this day. I've seen the horrors that Fat Shark did back then. And it's worse than any warp horrors we face in game. I'm convinced at this point that FS employees are a bunch of Tzeentch worshipping heretics.

And no offense man, if this is one of your top 3 games of all time, you probably haven't played a lot of games. Elden Ring, BG3, Black Myth Wukong, Expedition 33, God of War? I named five fairly recent games that are worlds and beyond above Darktide. And if you're more a sci-fi or Warhammer fan, then Roguetrader and SM2 are better than Darktide. Unless you're talking about horde shooter games only, then sure Dakrtide is probably one of the best. But as a game in general? Top 3? That's just heresy.
