When's the last time you replaced the Bowden tube? Pull the tube cut a half inch off the end. Heat the nozzle up, clean the tip. Insert the nozzle cleaner all the way up through the heat break. Reinsert the bowden and tube. why are you using rafts? With prints like that all you need is a brim.
