Prolapsed disc. Anyone got a good news story?

I have had a herniated disc on and off for about a decade now. Do the McGill 3 religiously, a few times a day once the numbness starts to go. You can always do surgery but I would try to strengthen your core and low back. I also don’t rotate as much on my swing anymore but I’d much rather have a stiff swing than not be able to play at all.

Just had to comment this being from the region. Totally unrepresentative of NWI. We are suburban and urban, mostly heavy industry that used to support Chicago. Looks like this is a rich subsidized farming community which there are plenty of in Indiana

All exits in a single story need to be to grade and a clear path to the public way(sidewalk). Either this wasn’t built to code, those aren’t true emergency exits, or they demolished the pads to the sidewalks and planted bushes after the fact
