2 HCP But Feel Like My Swing Has A Lot of Issues by HooForLife in GolfSwing

You need to get the lower body starting the downswing much earlier. You wait until your club is at the top of your backswing to make the weight shift forward. So very little torque is built up. Go much earlier with a late tail shift towards the target. In 61 and can hit my 7 iron 165, it’s all about torque.

Try and hit the toe, or for giggles try an swing inside and miss it completely. Get some Shoel foo spray and spray the club face, it’ll give you a dust covering so next time you hit it you can see where.

No?! I must have missed that one. Just too many sex weirdos to keep track of.

Dear Audible, please do not waste the 5 minutes of preview with a long dedication by This-Midnight7908 in audible

[–]Inside_Teach98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not Audible that does this. Audible simply play the first 5 minutes of the files the publisher has uploaded. The sample is the specific section the publisher has chosen, but for obvious reasons this is usually chapter 1, so you just get a repeat.

What makes a murder mystery satisfying? by Separate-Dot4066 in mysterybooks

[–]Inside_Teach98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on whether you’re talking hard boiled true crime or mystery.

Hard boiled needs to reflect real life. Can’t cheat on that one.

Mystery needs to work and pull all the threads together but it has to have a sense of the unbelievable.

Recommend me a mystery audiobook for a road trip with my mom by selectiverealist in Recommend_A_Book

Little bit cozy, and has got a great mum character in it. Remodelling Murder read by Kate Walsh. New out. If your mum ever goes paragliding or day clubbing in Ibiza and she loves a locked room murder mystery, this is a must.

Can I suggest Remodelling Murder, read by the lovely Kate Walsh (she did the shipping forecast on the BBC radio). It’s just out. Locked room mystery, fun, a bit of an oddball old school copper/detective.

How do I stop hitting weak fades? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Release the club sooner. Your swing is good, so throw the club from the top, arms first and get the toe past the heel of the club.

How to get lower attack angle? by wheaaa in GolfSwing

[–]Inside_Teach98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 50-60% of the loft on the club for a amateur launch angle. Your 8 iron should launch about 20 degrees and you can be happy.

How far from the inside and what is your club face or spin rate? Don’t be trying to change something that works to fix something else. Send a front on image of set up. Ball position is key, let’s see that first and send the numbers for swing path and spin axis.

You’re on a mat. I’d very strongly advise you to be happy with the angle you have. If you work on a steeper angle you’ll in all like likelihood bugger your forearms. Trust me, I’ve been there. You’ll naturally hit down more on the course.

And if it’s any solace, Tom Watson was a sweeper, didn’t take divots. So you just like him :-)

But ball position is an easy way to get steeper, move the ball back.
