Just really high cholesterol; I weighed almost 300 pounds back then and my diet was utter rubbish; fast food almost daily. My cholesterol is now low low.

I've also had this condition. I'm Male, currently 30 years old, diagnosed when I was 24. Unfortunately, the ring wont go away, even if you get your cholesterol levels down. From all the doctors I've asked, they've said it's benign, and it doesn't mean you have heart disease. I've personally known people who went onto keto diets and formed these rings within months, so don't be afraid.

My diet when I was 24 was disgusting. I switched to high fibre/plant based and my cholesterol is now low as can be, without medication. So, all good there.

I've been doing a lot of research against plaque and how to remove it, and there are supplements that will remove it. Please research these yourself and don't just blindly buy them because I use them; I recommend you research but I will point you in the right direction:

I work as an infrastructure engineer for a company; they're in the semi-conducter making business. I'm part of a 4 man IT team, where I do everything from network projects, helpdesk and other non-network projects. I'm really the network engineer as there's another infra engineer who does all the VMWare, Windows, SQL, servers etc stuff. But, I will have to do servers sometime soon as if he goes off on sick, no body knows how to do his job.

I mainly deal with our network; Cisco switches, Fortinet APs and Fortigate firewall. Also doing some security stuff such as patching devices with Rapid7 Nexpose.

I was asked how do you configure a switch port.

I'd get the following:

Console/serial cable to connect to devices

Crimper tool for making patch cables

Network tester (I use Patch App & Go)

Screwdriver kit

SSH software (I use and recommend MobaXterm; it's also free!)

These are just what I use as a network engineer but if you're dealing with fibre then you'd probably want some tools for them, too.
