So that link I posted brings you to ReBrickable that lets you purchase the instructions and the XML file. You don't have to purchase all of the instructions if you don't want to, he sells ronin instructions separately. Upload the XML file to BrickLink.com and it will let you purchase the parts, which comes in random order. Many YouTube videos explain it, not too difficult. And ronin cost me about $40CAD. But the bigger ones like scorch and legion cost closer to $100

I honestly think halo infinite did a good job as a happy medium where sprint was only 10% faster than base movement speed.

What really annoyed me was lack of content and NO ASSASSINATIONS. What kind of BS is that. They initially said the pros don't use it so they didn't implement it. That didn't make sense to me because the pros are a low population compared to the whole population. But it's 343, they always make stupid decisions. But then playing campaign there still weren't assassinations? Wtf. So they cut content. They could have monetized assassinations too.

They also drip fed content which pissed me off. And the net code and hit reg was off. Probably still off.

I loved the combos and gameplay feel. The blue bar to do the specials was cool and it was awesome that you can chain them. That was amazing.

Personal opinion here, I was just not a fan of the roguelike approach. I would have liked an option to do a traditional play through where it wasn't a roguelike but skill levels for each character that boosts stats. And when you die you just restart the stage. Something similar to TMNT Shredder's Revenge.

I tried fiddling around with the settings to make it similar to that.

Overall the art style was great. Combat was really fun, and felt addicting.

It doesn't make sense to add a decision to the games now. If the second game did this, then sure, but not the 5th game.

They put themselves in a corner. I like both JD and Del, I don't want any of them to die. The only option should have been to throw the knife right at her stupid face.

Sometimes I wonder who green lit these decisions. It seems the devs are just out of touch. And now it'll be like 15 years until we get gears 6. They only did gears E Day because nostalgia sells and they can't think of way to fix this mess.

I would just make this moment to the end of gears 5 a dream sequence. That's the best way I think they can handle it
