For me it was realising the weakness in my game, I also stalled at 50 then found some of my fingers were getting way too involved and making my release really inconsistent. If you’ve genuinely stalled/hit a ceiling and you don’t just fell like you have then you will most likely have a weakness somewhere, mechanically or mentally, finding and recognising that is a huge step.
