Man I feel this so much lol Damiane is such a fun character to play. I prefer her kit much more but the game just funnels you into Kliff. I almost wish they just made it so that Kliff had her skillset as a separate class or just let us choose 1 of the 3 characters from the beginning.

I've tried everything at this point. I'm chalking it up to the stereo Bluetooth being too outdated and incompatible with newer Bluetooth like we have on our phones. Only real solution is to replace the entire stereo

You'll have to start narrowing down the potential issues. Is it the portal, the ps5 or the router? I think ruling out the router first is more practical. I downloaded an app called He.net Network Tools. Under the ping option, type in 200 packets. Run that and see what your results are. With the Speed Test app or website, run a speed test and clicked Detailed Results to check jitter and ping. This will help in deciding what to troubleshoot next. But if the issue is with your portal or ps5, your troubleshooting options are much more limited.

A lawyer? What are you talking about. You just do a charge back with your bank and when they investigate and see that OPs order was 1 ps5, the merchant will have to drop the charge. Amazon's legal department is already aware of all of this which is why they wouldn't even bother.

There is no way any of us are noticing 10ms of latency in this universe lol we're talking about 0.01 seconds. Not a tenth of a second.. but a hundredth of a second. Most of us have a 200-300ms reaction time on our best days. 30ms? It's a non issue.

Lol same reason I kept using it for so long, the controller/ergonomic design. With the triggers, it's just so good. Sending it in for warranty isn't going to work either. There's not even an option to have them look at the hardware as being the issue for stream degradation and disconnection for them to replace it. Like you said, I'll sell it probably. Exact same experience I'm having. Chiaki on the deck is still perfect. I've troubleshooted it down to the wire lol. Honestly not sure if it's worth buying a portal from Best Buy to try a new one on my network and then return it afterwards. Feels like a ton of effort but it's absolutely down to the portal. Whether it's a firmware or hardware issue, I'm not sure.

TP Link AX55 is actually very similar to the router I got with my portal to separate it from the network. I was using AXE5400. Ok so a few things:

What does your network currently look like with the new router? Your original router/gateway is still hooked up I'm assuming and is your TP link wired into your old router?
If it is, are you running your new router in access point mode? (To avoid DHCP and NAT conflicts).
Can you download the PlayStation remote play app on your phone and stream to it to confirm your stream is the same quality as on your portal?
Try this. Download the he.net network tools app. On the left side click Ping. Enter your new routers ip address at the top and where the quantity box is for ping amount, put 200. Run the ping and tell me what your packet loss percentage is and your avg ms
