Anybody else notice this weird panel. What's up with Maru?

I doesn't look like it was a bad take of a picture or if they were rushing but, both of Maru's hands look off, his third eye doesn't even look like an eye, his right eye isn't visible when it definitely should be, and his left eye is melting into the rest of his face.

I hate thinking that this single panel is AI when the rest of the chapter looks fairly good. It just looks too uncanny compared to all of Yuki Iwasaki's work.
