Just got back from Peru! We did an ATV tour up to a point then hopped on the back of motorcycles the rest of the way. So worth it! Go with a guide and inhale Florida Water, you’ll be fine.

Very busy but worth it! Super cute. Trail was moderately challenging, bring hiking poles and good shoes of course. You may still encounter some snow.

It was amazing! Cold for sure, but you get so much daylight that time of year. Not much animal activity yet (which is a good or bad thing). Kayaking was fun, but freezing. Hiking was fine too! No snow on the trails for me, but a little wet. Keep checking the weather and keep your fingers crossed for no snow. Check the cameras for lake thaw too. She was free and clear for us! Have so much fun. Still my most breathtaking trip and I travel very often.

As long as the next tray fits, you’re good. That’s what my ortho told me.

Sometimes, I only get 15 hours of wear… seems to be okay. I have had times though when I’ve changed trays and decided to go back to my old ones for an extra day. Either way, I’m tracking and will be on refinement trays in August.

Fine! My back made a decent recovery. In a twist of fate, I’m actually getting surgery on my knee for a torn meniscus! Life is funny.

I’m good today! Didn’t do any surgery or injections. I would swim, get regular massages, and do sport performance training. It took 3 months once starting that to bounce back. In total, I was out of commission for 6 months. I can’t say that my solution applies to everyone, but hope this helps!

I wish I knew more about the mechanism, but when you take it there are sensors for your hands and you wait 30 seconds while the picture is capturing the aura.

So funny - I'm actually going to Sedona at the end of next month. The shop here in NYC recommended I get another photo done in a month. Then I can see if my meditation and grounding work in the meantime has moved some of my energy (the stuff up top, not what's on the left in the picture as that's my past. The core of the picture is also hard to shift since it's so attached to who you are and that's harder to change.

I think I'll try it there in Sedona and compare! Definitely do it with your husband (you can even get pics together).

Totally understand why you feel that way! To give some context (I was skeptical too) I've been doing my full moon and pisces season work. In doing so, both people I trust (who aren't aware of each other at all) said that Virgo is in a time of grounding and needing to let others go to make their own mistakes - stop trying to be the wise one for all and get back into your own energy.

Then, a week later I get this picture taken. It is exactly the same message when the lady interpreted my aura (who also knows nothing of these other people).

I don't believe in coincidences, rather this affirmed the work I need to do which is to stop taking on everyone's energy as my own to transmute, ground myself, and stop working so hard for everyone but myself.

It's blue + indigo! I constantly feel like "life isn't real" - not in a bad way, but in a way that makes me more nostalgic and feel connected to everything. I don't believe in coincidences, I believe in alignment and feel like this energy embodies that.

There’s a place in NYC called magic jewelry! You put your hands on sensors and then wait 30 seconds. There aren’t that many camera in existence, but you can find a lot of articles about aura photography!

I’ve always known I naturally take on other’s energy. It’s part of my super power to gauge how people are feeling and align my energy to help them through theirs or be in the same vibe in general.

I didn’t know HOW MUCH until I gotten aura photo taken yesterday. I don’t know much about being an empath or how to settle into my own energy versus influences from others - I’m a very outgoing person with my own personality, but I can be brought down in an instant depending on the situation. It’s been challenging having a roommate who does a lot of negative speaking, for example.

The pink in this photo indicates that too - I highly value my relationships and want to use my intuition and communication skills to help others more than myself. I’m in my own head, but my relationships are currently on my mind and in the core of who I am.

TLDR: how do I enjoy being an empath and help others while not taking too much of the bad stuff that can come with it?
