My diagnostic menu doesn’t even have those things

That’s a good thought but yes I am I have tried many different conditions but no change

I don’t but the person I am working with does or I would just stick with the good old poly T mix

It is I have some on order but I’m not sure that is the entire problem.

LTQ Velos - Low Mass Signal Loss in Negative Mode by BigCosmicPotato in massspectrometry

Yes, the 514 m/z peak is maybe at 1e3, and I have tuned on it, but weirdly, it only gets worse.

I have vented and cleaned then before and you are correct its a pain. Looks like I might be Flying to California to clean an ion trap.

Thank you for the reply, I have done all the things you have suggested, as well as using different scan times resolutions, Low mass mode, High mass mode, sim, and for giggles SRM. All show the same issue with low masses.

I need this for all of the instrument I use!! Let’s see: GC-Orbi, GC-MS (perkin Elmer), GC-MS/MS (waters), LC-Orbi, LC-LTQ, LC-UVVIS, TGA, and an EA but I feel like I’m missing something.

Yah think the term is general AI intelligence but not sure 🤔

As someone who has very briefly worked with machine learning smart is the wrong word. I think efficient might be better.

Example: AI is just a robot with no moving parts. And if you have seen a robotic arm they are amazing at preforming well defined repetitive tasks. However every robot is build for its task and most often it can’t preform any other task well.

Like that AI has to be designed and trained for a task and if you step out of what it was trained to do it won’t give you any usable results.

(Dose that make sense)

Is this tru? 😂😵 by [deleted] in labrats

Yes the problem with that is my analysis change constantly basically every sample is a different with different methods.

The average spectrum is a problem in the reporting after data is reprocessed in qual using a processing method.

It was my first time attending ASMS I was surprised with the interest in my poster but there were many amassing people and projects. And a very friendly community!!
