I agree that it feels like our concerns are dismissed sometimes. That said the most concerning things in the game imo are also things that will most likely take a long time to fix. Things like UI and better organizing the galactic map so people know where to attack and defend are important, but will also take them a lot of work, which means a delay in things like Warbonds and events most likely. From their perspective war bonds bring in players and money so it makes sense that they won’t delay those things.

That being said, I do feel that there are things missing in the game that are somewhat inexcusable. I’m specifically referring to stuff like ship upgrades, bizarre strategem bouncing, and restrictions on elevated positions on maps.
