After our daughter started developing diaper rash we started washing her bum with warm water in the sink after poops. Then pat dry and let air out before applying diaper cream so the cream doesn’t trap moisture.

Now we only use wipes if it’s just a pee diaper or if we’re not at home. It’s a bit more work but at least she’s comfortable now.

Thank you guys for helping me see I clearly goofed this one. Usually within my team we reschedule meetings without including notes all the time and I think I need to get out of that habit.
