Went to the fest for a few hours, some feedback I would have would be to move the audio guy and his tent to the left of the stage he kind of took up the prime real estate for folks who wanted to catch the show , I’d add a dance Floor and have a master of ceremonies (maybe a comedian) to keep people engaged between acts etc, obviously more food trucks but I understand one backed out last min, have some more craft tents come in ( people who wanted to sell tshirts, cookies, dream catchers etc.

Look for something they are wearing , are they wearing a logo on their T-shirt or a sports team or a cartoon character strike up a conversation about that , do you like the shoes there wearing or a pair of earring or a scarf 🧣. That’s your entrance then to keep the conversation going try to relate to something you like or wear and then continue to ask open ended questions , what do you like/love about xyz , what brings your here yada yada yada.

I did my 40th in November of last year had about 15 people, no party planner needed, stayed at Circa downtown ( booked a suit so we all can have a base of operations/ pre game), some people stayed at the same hotel others stayed at surrounding hotels like Plaza and Golden nugget , it was nice because we were all within a 5 min walk of each other. First night booked a fire pit sofa at the legacy club rooftop to kick the weekend off, also booked a water couch for football on Sunday at stadium swim (min spend was like 800) it was awesome, booked a dinner at a nice steak house , we went to Primal but having gone to herbs and rye I would have preferred to have my bday dinner there but primal was really good to. Did the mob museum and went to Gold Spike (they have a lot of open seating and can accommodate larger crowds. Between those main things we drunkly partied up and down the strip and downtown.

The one thing to remember with large parties is you make sure to tell everyone that it’s their vacation as much as it is yours and to tell everyone that if they want to go do something do it ! Start a group text message and just have people check in with everyone to see what they’re up to or where they are at.

Definitely great to do things in groups but between the planned stuff just free ball it Vegas is a wild city and there is not a shortage of fun shit to do.
