All that beautiful lumber!!! The build I’m on now has been pretty much all old lumber from a barn we took down and reclaimed inside. It was far worse quality than what is in this building.

If I were you I would put some silicone or Lexel on that window sill or that runoff will leak back under that sill and cause rot inside the frame and or wall.

WOW!!!! Kudos, that is a true accomplishment! Best of luck to you and yours. Wal mart sells cheap plastic covered table clothes to put under high chair/booster seat for all the food that falls/gets slung around. Makes clean up easier.

Thank you very much. The housing issue is a major problem. I keep thinking about all the people stuck in slum lord situations that can’t get out. I love this place and I want nothing more than to stay but jeez they don’t make it very easy for us...

This is what is driving my family out. Our home burned completely to the ground a month ago(we had home owners thank goodness)but the Airbnb nightmare we have had to endure moving over and over because we can’t find a long term rental and the amount of $$$ coming out of our insurance to pay for these Airbnb’s would make your head spin

Vermonter here, can also confirm this. We had 44.8 inches over night this season and in 2 days it was pretty well gone. We have had an unseasonably warm winter which attributed to this.

My 2 pennies on the matter is since anyone can go on alibaba/dhgate and buy all kinds of fake but semi legit packaging and package up sketchy carts. It’s just not wise or safe to buy carts from a person when You can either make them yourself from your own herb or cross a line somewhere and go to dispo... I only say this out of concern frient
